Contract analysis
Review one contract class against defined questions, terms, risks and source material.
Pilot: one contract class + human approvalMetaCore Legal combines a persistent Legal Persona, Legal Core, case and document context, source provenance, evidence and explicit approval boundaries around real legal workflows.
These six paths come directly from the MetaCore Mission Router. Each can begin as one bounded pilot with clear sources, questions, approvals and evidence.
Review one contract class against defined questions, terms, risks and source material.
Pilot: one contract class + human approvalInvestigate one bounded legal question with source provenance, citations and a human-reviewed conclusion.
Pilot: one research questionPrepare a recurring legal document type from verified inputs and structured document context.
Pilot: one recurring document typeStructure facts, positions, evidence and next actions around a case without losing the human decision role.
Pilot: one case workflowBuild an evidence workspace with provenance, status, unresolved questions and review checkpoints.
Pilot: one evidence setMap one recurring internal legal process with company context, approvals, work discipline and measurable cycle time.
Pilot: one internal legal processThe system is designed to make scope and authority clearer, not to hide legal judgment behind automation.
Model ≠ Persona ≠ legal authority. MetaCore keeps those layers separate and explicit.
Domain grounding, legal workflow structure and source-aware operating methods.
Persistent operating role, mission context, task mode and continuity. Not a claim of independent professional authority.
Facts, positions, contracts, prior decisions, unresolved questions and matter-specific state.
Keep the path from source to assertion, draft, review and outcome visible enough to verify.
Approval gates distinguish access to context from authority to make or execute material decisions.
Repeatable drafting, comparison, evidence organization, handoff and review workflows.
Privacy, security, auditability and organization-specific governance around legal AI use.
The operating system remains: context, authority, evidence, continuity and review discipline.
MetaCore Legal is a new vertical surface. We do not claim a legal outcome that has not been measured. Existing ecosystem components are exposed separately and explicitly.
A live structured mediation and case-context surface already exists inside the ecosystem. It remains its own module rather than being presented as the whole Legal product.
For automation or legal operations change, define the baseline, review questions and evidence requirements first. Compare the bounded workflow before expanding the scope.
Legal is a domain capability across the MetaCore product ladder; it is not a separate foundation model subscription.
Use eligible legal services and account functions without a workspace subscription.
Persistent legal context, files, outputs and Persona continuity.
For larger document, code, integration and server-backed legal operations.
Higher-capacity enterprise execution when the real workload and data scope require it.
Workshop + Operator + custom roles, legal operations, integrations, governance and team architecture.
A good first pilot is intentionally narrow: one contract class, one recurring document, one evidence set, one mediation workflow or one internal legal operation. The pilot should have known inputs, explicit review authority and measurable before/after criteria.
For Legal, that means a persistent operating role around verified context, human authority, source provenance, evidence and continuity.
